Recipe:*
Groundnut (peanut butter) soup: may be served with fufu, boiled plantains,or yam, and kenkey or banku (stiff porridge).
Ingredients:
meat or fish ( approx. 8 0z.) or 1 sm. chicken
1 or 2 hot red peppers crushed ( or cayenne)
1 1/2 half onions chopped
3 medium sized tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 medium sized eggplant cubed(optional)
salt to taste
1 magi cube (optional)
2/3 cup peanut butter
Steam meat with the onions, ginger, and salt.  Boil and stir the peanut butter separately in water until it becomes a smooth sauce.  When the meat is steamed, add 2 cups of water and continue to boil.  Add the boiled peanut butter.  Allow the soup to boil.  Add tomato paste.  Boil for another five minute and then add the magi cube.  Simmer until tender.
